What Is Always a Witch About?
Carmen is a 19-year-old who is a slave and a witch. She has fallen for a white man, which is a crime that has her scheduled to be burned at the stake. She receives salvation, though, when an old wizard offers her the ability to jump in time to a place where nobody believes in witches. She agrees to not use any of her powers in exchange for the time-traveling, so she is transported to modern-day Colombia. There, she starts a new life, meets new friends and even goes to college. But one constant remains -- once a witch, always a witch.

Always a Witch (Spanish: Siempre Bruja) is a Colombian web television series starring Angely Gaviria, Lenard Vanderaa and Carlos Quintero. The plot revolves around Carmen Eguiluz (Angely Gaviria), a witch and slave from 1646, and is set both in the 17th-century and present-day Cartagena, Colombia. It was ordered direct-to-series, and the first full season premiered on Netflix streaming on January 1, 2019. It was renewed by Netflix for a second season, which aired worldwide on February 28, 2020. The show is dubbed in English for US audiences.

I love the show always a witch please renew for season 3
A lot of people hate the story of character falling in love with her slave master and it shows the complexity and toxic nature of this dynamic as it reflects many who are in relationship driven by the other having power. I love this show. It shows the complexity of coming out as a witch. Some of those experiences are true to life. I am a practitioner myself. I really want to see kobo come back. He has potential as such a pretty face. This could make a lot of headway in the American effort to break stigma of Spanish speaking.
