My fiance and I love this show! Merlin is absolutely AMAZING!! Not only is this show left wide open for another season or movie, but it is demanding of it!! Merlin season 1-5 is only the beginning of Merlin!! There is so much that can be done with a new season of Merlin!! Soooooo much! I may have been late to the party but i am here now and i will join and stay if you allow for it. So please do not disappoint the many fans that Merlin has aquired over the years! Please do as Merlin would and bring justice upon Arthur and the people of camalot!!!! For Camalot!!!!
I am so disappointed. I would love to see Arthur rise again with a different relationship with Merlin now that he knows the truth. Maybe taking place in modern times. I know I’m not the only fan who feels this ways. Please reconsider Netflix! Pick up Merlin!

We all wanted to see what Merlin and Arthur have created out of Camelot. We wanted to see the unity of the old ways and the new, we wanted to see the unity and time of Albion. We wanted to see magic live in freedom amongst the people of Camelot. We wanted to see Merlin grow to become the greatest sorcerer to have ever lived. But after watching all 5 seasons we were so excited to see all of that all of the build up and suspense, to see what Merlin and Arthur have created. you don’t give it to us. I am truly heart broken after watching 5 seasons of the greatest show I have ever watched just to be disappointed that we don’t get to see the time of Albion.

Merlin was a BBC show, NOT a Netflix production, and was cancelled by the network (BBC) during the last season.

I just finished binge watching all five seasons and am saddened that the show has not been picked up, especially after that type of ending and with a new generation of kids learning about Arthurian legend. PLEASE consider renewing….. Ill promote it too! LOL

Merlin was one of the few shows that was family friendly, and that's why it got cancelled. If there was blood and nudity it would have been continued.
I really love the show and I was gutted at the ending T__T please, we want season 6 so much! This can't be the end of it…. not acceptable… Arthur's death was meaningless and Merlin went through so much for him… and then he dies? Just like that? No, that can't be it!
Lemme share my feelings with you all commentators in that Merlin is an underrated gem and glad that so many of us viewers are watching it on Netflix. But heres the truth – Netflix is not the one who originally made Merlin. This is a show that was produced by the BBC networks in an attempt to make more family friendly programs similar to the likes of Dr Who. It would later air on the Sci-fy channel where the show would find its end. Netflix eventually picked up the license to show the series online. Hence, where we all could enjoy it even for people like me who never heard of the series back in 2000's era. Theres a season 6 script out there where you can read the episodes of how they would bring Arthur back to life and whatnot. I wanna see this show have two more seasons and give us viewers the ending they deserve and to visit Camelot and Arthur/Merlin once again! Such great chemistry!
