From the announcements on Twitter, we know that Pilot episode will be named The End, the Beginning.

"Set in a dystopian future, "Shatter Me" follows the life of 17-year-old Juliette Ferrars, who has been locked away for a crime she never intended to commit--a crime caused by her peculiar "gift" that she herself doesn't even understand. Meanwhile, diseases are destroying the population, food is hard to find, birds don't fly anymore, and the clouds are the wrong color. The books were absolutely amazing. I am going to go out of my mind for the TV adaption! It's going to be hell waiting for new episodes but so so worth it. I can not wait. I am so excited!!!!
