Across all linear and digital platforms, the premiere episode of ABC’s “The Wonder Years” delivered a combined cumulative audience of 9.4 million Total Viewers for its debut telecast on Wednesday based on MP+7 data and rebroadcast on Friday based on L+3 data. In addition, the two airings of “The Wonder Years” delivered a cumulative 2.23 rating among Adults 18-49 in cross-platform viewing.

With seven days of multiplatform viewing, Wednesday’s series debut telecast jumped to a 1.82 rating among Adults 18-49, up +172% over its initial Live+Same Day rating (0.67 rating to 1.82 rating). In addition, the new ABC comedy doubled its overall audience after seven days of cross-platform viewing, growing to 6.4 million Total Viewers from 3.2 million in Live+Same Day (+100%).

· “The Wonder Years” marked ABC’s strongest new comedy debut in two years in both Total Viewers (6.4 million) and Adults 18-49 (1.82 million) – since “mixed-ish” on 9/24/19.

Across linear and streaming platforms, “The Wonder Years” premiere episode reached 13 million Total Viewers.

“The Wonder Years” season one is Certified Fresh on Rotten Tomatoes, with a 95% positive rating by top critics.
