What Is The House of Ho About?
Docuseries follows the life of the Ho family led by patriarch Binh Ho and his wife, Hue Ho, a Vietnamese family who are living the American Dream.
The first season introduced us to patriarch Binh and matriarch Hue, Vietnamese immigrants who achieved the ultimate American Dream and built a multi-million dollar real estate and banking empire. Filled with laughter, love, and luxury, their son Washington and his wife Lesley, their daughter Judy and her fiancé Nate Nguyễn, and Aunt Tina and Cousin Sammy live under the constant pressure to live up to their family’s expectations.
America has a serious fascination with the lives of the rich and famous — and there’s a new contender in town for our latest obsession. HBO Max’s new reality show House of Ho features the super rich Ho’s, a tight-knit Vietnamese-American family living large in Houston, Texas. The show will follow the lives of patriarch Binh Ho, wife Hue Ho, and their adult children Judy and Washington Ho (a third brother Reagan likely won’t appear on the show), plus Washington’s wife Lesley, Aunt Tina, and Cousin Sammy. And yes, before you ask, this show won’t just dazzle you with the Ho’s opulent lifestyle.

We just found the House of Ho. Love it. It is interesting to see what other ethnicities go throw in the transition of trying to keep their culture traditions vs learning anything goes and it is all about me in the western culture. It is sad on some parts that thousands of years of tradition trying to change to move into the western ways. But they try to find the balance.
