What Is Spring Baking Championship About?
Eight professional bakers compete to win the title of the Spring Baking Champion and $50,000. Each round is started with a preheat challenge and the winner gains an advantage for the main heat. The loser of the main heat is sent home. Each episode features different baked goods and techniques.
Former NFL quarterback Jesse Palmer steps into the starting lineup as host of the third season of “Spring Baking Championship.” Nine of America’s best bakers compete over the course of seven episodes, looking to win the title of Spring Baking Champion and take home the $50,000 prize that goes along with it. Their skills and techniques are tested throughout the season with a series of spring-themed challenges that challenge the bakers to make everything from Easter confections to Derby desserts and patriotic goodies. Determining who advances each week, and ultimately the winner, are returning judges Nancy Fuller, Duff Goldman and Lorraine Pascale.
The last episode of the series was released on February 7, 2020 in the US.
