What Is SIX About?

Navy SEAL Team Six attempt to eliminate a Taliban leader in Afghanistan when they discover an American citizen working with the enemy.

“SIX” tells the story of members of Navy SEAL Team 6 who are given a simple mission in 2014: eliminate a Taliban leader in Afghanistan. That task becomes more complicated when they make the discovery of an American citizen who is working with the terror group as a jihadi fighter. The team joins forces with CIA officer Gina Cline to comb Eastern Europe and infiltrate terrorist hotspots — such as Chechnya — to track the one who organized the network. The series, which is inspired by actual events, is written by Oscar-nominated screenwriter William Broyles Jr. (“Apollo 13”) and military special operations veteran David Broyles.

The last episode of the series was released on August 1, 2018 in the US.
