HEAD 2 HEAD DRAG RACE is an adrenaline-fueled fusion of auto journalism and competitive entertainment, reviving MotorTrend’s much-loved Head 2 Head series in a high-speed format with the newest and hottest cars, trucks, and SUVs. HEAD 2 HEAD DRAG RACE delivers gripping showdowns featuring a diverse range of vehicles-from exotic supercars and rugged off-roaders to opulent luxury vehicles and future-focused EVs- in an uncompromising quest for drag racing supremacy.

Leading the viewer’s journey into the exhilarating world of head to head drag racing are MotorTrend’s original H2H host Jonny Lieberman, and Jeff Glucker, Editor-in-chief of Hooniverse. Together, they deliver high-intensity drag racing combined with in-depth vehicle reviews, keeping the audience engaged with expert commentary and fierce competition.

With a rotating theme for each episode-ranging from supercars to extreme off-roaders-and the unpredictable wildcard vehicle, this isn’t just a drag race show, it’s a look into the future of automotive capabilities.

The premiere episode titled “Supercars Are Different” promises an electrifying duel, as the Lucid Air Grand Touring Performance and a Lucid Sapphire square off against contenders like the Porsche 911 Turbo S and the Ferrari SF90 Stradale. This new breed of supercars, delivering spine-crunching acceleration alongside luxurious experience, is set to redefine our traditional concept of performance vehicles.
