What Is The Gorburger Show About?
The Gorburger Show is executive produced by T.J. Miller, who voices and puppets the title character. The show is created by the Director Brothers (Ryan McNeely and Josh Martin) who also write, direct, and executive produce the series. The eight-episode season is executive produced by Sean Boyle for Funny Or Die and produced by Caviar. Ian Friedman, Rachel Olson and Kellyn Parker are the Executives in Charge of Production for Comedy Central.
The Gorburger Show previously produced 19 episodes over two seasons as a Funny Or Die digital series (watch trailer here: Gorburger Season Two Trailer). It is the latest Comedy Central series to migrate from its origins as short-form to long-form, joining a growing roster that includes: Drunk History, Broad City, Workaholics, Idiotsitter, Jeff & Some Aliens, This Is Not Happening and the upcoming Hood Adjacent, which premieres this summer and stars James Davis, who was introduced to Comedy Central fans via his Snapchat original series on Comedy Central’s Discover channel.
