Hulu has unveiled the first look images for its highly anticipated original series, Good American Family, a gripping eight-episode drama set to premiere on March 19, 2025. The series kicks off with two episodes, followed by a weekly release schedule, promising viewers a thought-provoking exploration of perspective, bias, and trauma.

Inspired by chilling real-life events, Good American Family delves into the mysteries surrounding a Midwestern couple’s adoption of a young girl with a rare form of dwarfism. As questions arise about her true identity, the family is thrust into a heart-wrenching battle that unfolds both in their home and the public eye. SYNOPSIS: Told from multiple points of view, as a means to explore issues of perspective, bias, and trauma, this compelling drama is inspired by the disturbing stories surrounding a Midwestern couple who adopts a girl with a rare form of dwarfism. But as they begin to raise her alongside their three biological children, mystery emerges around her age and background, and they slowly start to suspect she may not be who she says she is. As they defend their family from the daughter they’ve grown to believe is a threat, she fights her own battle to confront her past and what her future holds, in a showdown that ultimately plays out in the tabloids and the courtroom.

CAST: The series stars Ellen Pompeo, Mark Duplass and Imogen Reid. Dulé Hill, Christina Hendricks, Sarayu Blue and Jenny O’Hara are recurring guest stars.
