What Is Avlu: The Yard About?
Courtyard is a Turkish drama TV series directed by Yüksel Aksu and Hülya Gezer and broadcast on Star TV. Demet Evgar, Ceren Moray, Nursel Köse (44 episodes) and Kenan Ece (39 episodes) are among the leading roles in the series.
A woman entering a prison trying to establish her own justice. These women who are forced to give up their freedom are struggling in Karakuyu against their own order and their own laws.
Deniz Demir (Demet Evgar) is a woman who is subjected to violence by her husband. One night, when she is subjected to violence by her husband, her daughter Ecem shoots her with a gun. Deniz takes the blame to prevent her daughter from going to jail and is arrested for shooting her husband. Deniz is sent to prison. The moment he is sent to his cell, he meets Azra (Ceren Moray) and her friends.
The last episode of the series was released on November 14, 2019 in the US.

OMG I absolutely love love love the series "The Yard" Best in hands down to Wentworth and Orange is the New Black" I can't wait for season 4. How I hope Netflix picks it up so we can continue watching it. I am so addicted and a big fan of this series. Wentworth is great too.
You tube shows the rest of seasons and its in Turkish with english subtitles and really entertaining and it made me cry some of the episodes
