ABC’s ‘The Bachelor’ Premieres With Its Highest-Rated Multiplatform Telecast in 1 Year Among Adults 18-49

Premiere Delivers Series’ Biggest-Ever Delayed-Viewing Increase

“The Bachelor” (6.6 million Total Viewers and 2.39 rating in AD18-49):

The January season premiere of ABC’s “The Bachelor” stood as the series’ highest-rated multiplatform telecast in 1 year among Adults 18-49 (2.39 rating) – since 1/24/22. “The Bachelor” premiere improved over the show’s prior season average by 3% among Adults 18-49 (2.39 rating vs. 2.26 rating).

A single bachelor dates multiple women over several weeks, narrowing them down to hopefully find his true love.

After 35 days of viewing across linear and digital platforms, “The Bachelor” season premiere shot up +268% among Adults 18-49 over its initial Live+Same Day rating (2.39 rating vs. 0.65 rating), marking the show’s biggest-ever delayed-viewing increase. In addition, the season premiere picked up an additional +3.6 million Total Viewers after 35 days of multiplatform viewing (3.0 million to 6.6 million).
