AMC messed up. Talking Dead has become a necessity to unpack some things after these episodes in The Walking Dead universe.
It's a damn shame you canceled back they go together you're going to have a lot of unhappy viewers shame on you people
Cancelled TWD, FEAR TWD, and Talking Dead, I think I'm done with AMC. Why cancel the main shows and then do a bunch of spinoffs with parts of the original cast, they were better together. Done with TWD and AMC. Agree with Stanley, (the previous post).
Talking dead was an amazing show. Chris Hardwick was out standing. The show evolved over time, just TWD and FTWD. If you were a true fan you watched Talking dead. Sometimes the show would help gain insight on the episode you just watched. The fans really enjoyed hearing what the actor was thinking as the character. When someone was killed off, it was nice to be able to hear from them. As fans we have been on a 10+ year journey Through it all we always had steady rock in the river to help us make sense of what was happening. The talking dead….now you have removed it because you see no value. Let me remind you of something. We often dont realize how valuable something is until its gone and you cant get it back. I hope this isn't one of those situations.
I came here to find out the time of talking dead because it was not on at the usual time, but instead found out it was cancelled. I really enjoyed that show. As someone else said it definitely lessened the blow to see someone who had died on the show, alive. In addition, The “Talking Dead”, Show, it helped to explain things. For instance with tonight’s episode, 5/28/23, I totally DONT understand why Madison would give up on telling the kids the truth about Padre, & showing them the files with their family history. Perhaps some of them, have parents that died, but there are many parents who are looking for their kids still. So, many of the searching parents are not far from Padre, and could still be reunited with their children. I also do not understand why , the “padre kids”, would take kids from their parents in the first place, to save them from a parents death that has not happened. Is this because the parent could die in the future? Why would they not give them back to a parent who is desperate to find them? It doesn’t make sense to me at all. I miss “Talking Dead”!
I am very disappointed to hear that The Talking Dead was canceled. Chris Hardwick was great. The show added another layer to the walking Dead family. It would still work for the spin offs
I was looking forward to the Talking Dead, Dead City and the Talking/Walking Dead Universe with Chris Hardwick, because the "Talking" helped keep me engaged in the series and the spinoffs. I have watched the a few of the Dead City episode and the follow up break down after the episodes, which are rather dull. I stopped watching the Spinoffs, although I do like some of the characters still, the stories aren't the same without the "Talk" to breakdown each episode and to debate the characters possible motives and actions. I am very disappointed that the "Talk" has not returned.
I am truly disappointed that the Talking Dead was cancelled. I have stopped watching the spinoffs. Chris Hardwick was a great host, it was fun watching him engage with the actors from the show as well as hearing the guests points of view. I watched one of the Walking Dead, Dead City and the commentary show after the episode, which I found rather dull. I'm very disappointed that the "Talk" has been cancelled.
UNBELIEVABLE! Without Talking dead I'm not sure I want to continue watching the walking dead universe spin off shows. Chris Hardwick is awesome and the talking dead was important to unpack some of things that happen on those shows with such intensity and Character development. Watching without the after show is not the same.
I’m so sorry to see that Talking Dead will not be renewed. I enjoyed seeing stars that are fans like, Yvette Nicole Brown, Drew Scott, etc., and their take on the episode, and their love for the show. Chris Hardwick was an excellent host, funny and charismatic. AMC you have dropped the ball.
They need to bring back the talking dead I love that show after I watch The walking Dead or fear The walking Dead it was a great show do not cancel it
Please do Not cancel Talking Dead! Chris and his guests were great…the shows go hand in hand. !
Dear AMC, after 11 years…I'm done!!! There is no TWD Universe without the OG'S. Talking Dead/Chris Hardwick was a staple in our lives. Wow…🥺
